I had an issue that caused the re-install of the Virtual Center. Belonging to this Virtual Center were 4 ESX servers configured with HA, DRS, Cluster, & Resource Pools. After the re-install & adding the hosts back into the configuration the 4 ESX hosts are complaining about what seems like tombstone Resource Pools. Each host respectively has a Resource Pool on it that isn't reflected in the Virtual Center configuration. These Resource Pools have nothing in them and cannot be deleted. Below is the error message that occurs when trying to delete and is occuring over and over.
Error during the configuration of the host: Can not deletenon-empty group: pool6.
Any ideas?
