Capacity Planner Custom Reports

I'm trying to create capacity planner custom reports and I'm looking for some assistance in finding more information on the values required under the different data sources. Specifically I looking for some of the different perfmon (PerfClass, PerfInstance or PerfMetric?) values.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't quite understand your question, are you looking for these values in order to create a custom report on the VMware CP dashboard or are you trying to collect this data outside of CP?
