What resources are currently being constrained? You need to use a tool to monitor the performance of the host and then see if there is anything you can do about it.
What host OS? What is the Host server config?
What guests? how many? how much memory?

What is the host OS?
What is the guest OS's?
How many VM's are you trying to run?
