Linux Virtual Machine to ESX Server

Hello,

I have a VM Ware Server on a standalone computer, with some virtual machines (windows and linux) running on it. I made the migration of those virtual machines to an ESX Server 3.0 with Virtual Converter 3.0.1 .

But when running the virtual machines on the ESX Server, linux virtual machines (Fedora Core 6) can’t boot.

Here is the error message:

Any idea ?

When importing Linux VMs, make sure not to resize the disks.

Also, were the Linux VMs created with virtual IDE or virtual SCSI disks? ESX Server only supports virtual SCSI disks.

Thank you for your answer,

When importing Linux VMs, disks wasn't resize.

And the Linux VMs were created with virtual SCSI disks

Any other idea ?
