VMWare Converter doesn't enable virtual machine conversion

I've just started using VMConvert to convert a Virtual Server virtual machine to an ESX 3.0 virtual machine, but in the source screen on the wizard I have just the "Physical Computer" option.

Is this right?

Thank you,

Andre

No, you should be given three choices. Physical machine (this one or remote), ESX Server or VirtualCenter managed VM, and standalone VM. For the last 2 you have to make sure your source VM is powered off.

Go back and choose the full install. It appears that only the management console is installed. When the agent is installed, you will have all options available to you.

Perfect. Now it's enabled all option.

From the description part of the install:

"Prepare THIS physical machine for import. When used with the Converter Manager, it also enbles the full range of machine types to import[/b]. This feature requires 0KB on your hard drive."

Note: there is an spell error: enbles.

Just to say: I imported a VM into an ESX using a Physical computer option and everything worked fine.

Thanks for helping,
