Fiddling with /etc/X11/xorg.conf lead to trashed VM.

    blackpuma Hot Shot

I was fiddling with a guest's /etc/X11/xorg.conf file to try to get a CentOS 4.4 guest VM to use the entire screen on full screen mode.

After a few failed tries, I hit a combination that caused a black screen that would not respond, when I restarted the X server with CTRLALTDELTE.

I eventually powered off the VM using the VM's window GUI ("Power Off"), and turned it back on with the VM's window GUI ("Power On"), now every time I try to power on I get the following kernel panic:

I'm not sure what to do at this point. Yeah, it's a beta, yeah, I was fiddling with the plumbing. It was an unexpected result, however.
