Order to upgrade workspace one

Hi everyone

I'm new in this world, and I must upgrade workspace one to version 2005. In this moment we're in version 1909

My question is: What is the correct order to upgrade all components?

I tried to upgrade 2 days ago and was impossible because I begun upgrading the database and after that, I planed upgrade the console and device servers. I dont know if this is the correct procedure.

In the upgrade guide is not clear to me, help me please.

Welcome to the existing world of digital workspace!

Just curious, any particular reason why you would upgrade to 2005 instead of 2008 or even 2010? I would highly recommend 2010 especially if you are an iOS shop.
