Hello,
it seems that no more vSAN licenses included in Horizon 8, this significantly changes project and budget considerations.
On VMware KB "VMware Horizon 8 Announcement and Pricing and Packaging Updates (80146)" VMware Knowledge Base
you can find:
"Lastly, entitlements to vSAN Advanced for Desktop, vRealize Operations for Horizon, and Fusion are also being removed from Horizon 8 editions; however, customers with active SnS or subscription will retain existing license entitlements with option to renew separate SnS contracts at renewal. Additional perpetual or term licenses of vSAN Advanced for Desktop or Fusion can be purchased separately as needed."
