My VMs replaced by numbers

We had an extended power outage that knocked everything down. When the power cam back on and I started my ESXi 6.7, my VMs have all be replaced by numbers and I cannot open the VMs, including my vCenter. the ESXi server comes up fine but I cannot read the VM configuration files for some reason. Can anybody help me?

browse your ESXi's datastores and register virtual machines' VMX file. After that, if you still see numeric invalid VMs, unregister them.

Do a rescar of your datastores.

If you are using external storage, ensure everything is UP and running, then rescan the datastores or trigger a restart of the ESXi. If the storage comes up after the esxi sometimes it is not able to retrieve the data, and the restart is required.

In looking at the my datastores, I realized that one of the drives is not showing. When I reboot the ESXi server, I see the drives in the BIOS, but somehow it is not showing in ESXi.
