Have you taken any troubleshooting steps such as restarting services or restarting the entire VCSA VM?

Yes sorry, any action has been made, i realize that i cannot connect since friday, i restart all services but some failed and after i restart several time the VCSA.

See log when i try to restart services:

ervice-control --start vmware-cm

Have you searched VMTN and tried the solutions offered up by others who experienced this problem? Someone posts this about once per week, and at this point just about every possible solution has already been written about.
