Is it posible to install a printer driver inside the VM?

The problem is that I have the Windows 10 installed as my main OS, but my printer is only supported by the Windows 7 32bit.

Can I install Win7 32bit as a virtual machine and somehow use a printer through it (and install the driver for the printer)?

Thats what I do here too - if the printer is connected via USB that is supposed to work.
