Can't works service-control on vcenter server 6.5

Hi, i tried to reboot the complete Machine many times without results.

Can you copy and post here the service-control.py script with notepad++ it seems like it is corrupted somehow.

You can try the following approaches:

1. Copy the script from a working windows vCenter if available, else let me know and i can get one for you.
2. Try a Windows service repair, this might need the vCenter ISO.

Some questions:

Do you have enough space on disk?
Have you checked windows event viewer?
