Does anyone know what this error is and how to resolve it ?

I followed the tech guides correctly,  but this is the error i get .

  • Save Failed
  • Your Workspace ONE Access tenant has already been configured with another Workspace ONE UEM tenant or Organization Group. Go to Identity & Access Management > Setup > AirWatch to manually update your tenant with Workspace ONE UEM details. See page 14 of the Deployment Guide for details on how to configure.

Hello,

So far i can see is the intergration already in placed. therefore the wizard will response with an error. do you need to add multiple organization groups?

more information on that, see my personal blog post.

Hello,

I also faced this issue.

In Workspace one Access, you need to enter "Workspace ONE UEM API URL" not the console URL.

you can find it in Settings>System>Advanced>API>REST API, under General tab you will find "REST API URL" (enter the url till .com).

Best Regards.
