VM can't be power on with NSX guest introspection

Hi All

Our vSphere is 6.7u3 and NSXV 6.4.6 with deep security 12 , we deploy agentless.

but when I poweroff and power on it, it would show"

vCenter Server was unable to find a suitable host to power on the following virtual machines for the reasons listed below

- All required agent virtual machines are not currently deployed on host 'hostname'

and tried

  1. Restart the hostd processes on the affected ESXi host by running this command:/etc/init.d/hostd restart
  2. Restart the vCenter Agent processes on the affected ESXi host by running this command:/etc/init.d/vpxa restart

still I couldn't power on User VMs, I just can login esxi web console to power it.

Does anyone else have a similar experience or solution?

Thanks

When you mean agentless is for the guests right?

Check the status in Guest introspection agents in NSX. And resolve if any error is listed.
