I am trying to acquire (VCP-NV 2020) during VMware exam. Can I take the exam again (2V0-642) on the exam that ended on June 31st?

From July 1st the only Professional exams for VCP-NV 2020 are on NSX-T 2.4 or NSX-T 3.0, as you'll see here: VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization 2020 (VCP-NV 2020)
Are you saying it was abolished by vmware for an update now and will be available again in August?
That exam has permanently retired and nobody can take it now - the advice from aromeo is true for exams that are still available, but the exam you took has retired.
