Could not found the recovery partition to install MacOS

I installed  the latest VMware fusion on my mbp with the OS version is 10.15.x、10.16. I'll install the macOS with it，but show the warning “could find the recovery partition”。Please tips an solution

So you have 10.15 on the Mac, with the latest Fusion installed, and you’re trying to install 10.16 inside a VM right?

You might need to wait for an updated release of Fusion before that works, as per other threads here.

Don't install from the recovery partition - download the installer from the mac app store and drag that into the new vm window.
