Now you appear to have a vSAN issue where there's a cluster partition. Usually a networking issue, so figure that out first.

Thanks for your pointing out this related to vsan cluster partition.

But i can not see any error in web UI, do you have any idea about where can i find more useful and detailed information about this issue ?

Could be that you only have two hosts in this cluster. Minimum is three.
