Facing issue with my VM-Workstation || Update and power on.

Hope you are doing well !

Can I get your help/assistance.

I am facing issue with my VM-Workstation , I power off my VM machines after that I was not able to access the VM machines on my work station.

Below are the issue and my machine details.

VM-Workstation 15 pro : Ver - 15.5.1 build-15018445

Window 10 , 64 (bit) - (Build 19041) 10.0.19041

From IMG_163600.jpg I deduce that you were trying to upgrade WS 15.5.1 to WS 15.5.6 while WS was running - the error window on the right just notifies you that you must Exit WS first and then run the 15.5.6 installer.

Regarding IMG_165507 I can't figure out whether you finally managed to upgrade to 15.5.6 or not (you should). Read https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2146361

From IMG_165530 it is evident that you must disable Hyper-V features in your host, by running bcdedit /set hypervisionlaunchtype off in an elevated command prompt (and rebooting). Read https://communities.vmware.com/thread/621274
