vRO 8.1 - Accessing plugins with powershell, python?

We just spun up a development instance of vRA 8.1. I was looking in vRO and noticed powershell and python are now options, which is great! I have not been able to find any resources that show if it's possible to use plugins (for example the AD plugin) with these other languages. When I select JavaScript, I see the familiar API explorer, and when I select anything else it goes away.

Does this mean it's not (currently) supported? Or is there another way to interface with these plugins?

This is helpful to know as we migrate and update code from our 7.6 instance.

Hi,

Currently, we do not generate API bindings for the new Python / PowerShell runtimes, as we do for the 'classic' JS runtime. It is not decided yet how to handle this.
