I can confirm this has been happening to me as well since the latest 11.5.5 update. It has even crashed my whole Mac mini with MCA Errors, something that has never happened before.
Could you provide the logs?

A support bundle would be more helpful, which can be generated by selecting Help -> Get Support Information.
