Error importing apps from Google Play and enroll devices

Hi

We manage several android-devices in our Workspace ONE environment. Google EMM / Android for work is set up at different Organization Groups with child OGs.

Devices is enrolled with Work Managed Enrollment Type "Device" with QR-code enrollment.

We now have some issues:

- Apps can not be imported from Play

- Devices can not be enrolled

Everything seems normal when vi approve an app in Play, but when trying to import it in Workspace ONE, this error appears "Save Failed. An error occurred when trying to import applications from Play. Please try again."

When enrolling device: "Device data from Google not recieved. Contact your IT administrator to resolve"

We checked at Settings - Devices & Users - Android - Android EMM Registration. Staus is green og shows "Successful" When clicking "Test connection" This error is showing: "Error Setting Up Service Account"

What can we do to resolve this? Is anyone else expirencing this issues?

Workspace ONE on premises - 19.9.0.23 (1909)

This resolved itself automatically, everything is ok again.

I'm in the exact same boat - all the ports are open, etc - Can anyone provide some insight?
