Failover and failback not running, with error "cannot create storage profile "profile name". required option was not specified"

I'm setting up a new environment running on vmware vvols. I'm now setting up the replication and srm, but when testing my replicated VMs, i get the error:

cannot create storage profile "profile name". required option was not specified. I've attached a screenshot of the error.

Any help on this?
