Assign internal application

Hi,

I am on trial and I try to deploy an internal app on a device.

Device is enrolled, everything is OK.

I can deploy and assign a public app like Firefox on my device.

But when I try an internal app I don't see the app on Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub and I can't install.

Steps :

1- Enroll device : HUAWEI P20 Lite Android 9

2- Upload internal app with an APK.

3- Assign my app to ALL my devices.

4- Check on device => nothing in Hub

Can anyone help me about this ?

Thanks.

Benoît

Did you activate the "display in app catalogue" setting?

I don't have this option when I assign some groups to deploy my app.

HI,

I encountered a similar issue yesterday: I tried to push an APK to my android devices but after having correctly assigned the application, I wasn't able to see the application on the assigned apps for my devices (the app was missing from the apps tab in the device detail page).

I deleted the app and I recreated it from scratch, uploading the APK again.

Same settings, same assignment settings.

It just worked the second time, I don't know why :smileyconfused: .

Hi FedericoLillacci,FedericoLillacci

I tried your process but I still can't see my app. It's weird because my device appears on the Devices Assigned preview screen.

And there is no problem with public apps. I added a public app and 30 seconds later the app was on my device. Only internal apps are affected.
