Android Enterprise - Device Enrollment stuck

Hello,

I encountered the following problem when setting up Android Enterprise:

Under Settings --> Devices & Users --> Android Android EMM Registration, I successfully set up a “Managed Google Play Accounts”.

Connection test is successful, see attachment (2020-05-25_mdm_androidenterprise).

I perform the enrollment process as described by VMWare, "Enroll Android Devices Using VMware Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub Identifier" (https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Workspace-ONE-UEM/1907/Android_Platform/GUID-AWT-ENROLL-AIRWATCHID...).

Unfortunately, both of my test devices (Samsung Galaxy S6 - Android 7, Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 2016 - Android 8.1, both previously reset to factory settings) stuck during the enrollment process under "Something spectacular is being configured", see attachment (2020-05-25_mdm_galaxys6_androidenterprise , 2020-05-25_mdm_taba6_androidenterprise).

Workspace ONE UEM Version 19.7.0.18 (1907)

Does someone have an idea why?

Hi,

we had a similar issue on the 1907 release also with COPE deployments that had an empty managed playstore after deployment. This was "fixed" by updating to the 1909 branch.
