vROps 8.0.1 Remote Collector time zone out of sync

Master / Data / Remote Collectors set to UTC except for one Remote Collector.  Does cluster have to be taken offline to fix the remote collector or can the remote collector be taken offline, time zone changed, rebooted and brought back online in the cluster?

Taking the Remote Collector offline in the cluster, change the timezone and reboot the node and bring it online in the cluster.
