Hi,

You have vrops enterprise license, nsx is standard, do you understand correctly.

If so, I recommend you to take a look at the guide below.

New and Updated Management Packs

  • The VMware Management Packs that are new and those that are updated for vRealize Operations Manager 8.1 are:
    • VMware SDDC Health Monitoring Solution 8.1
    • VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for VMware vRealize Network Insight 1.0
    • VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for Cloud Health by VMware 1.1
    • VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for VMware vCloud Director 5.3
    • VMware vRealize Operations Tenant App for vCloud Director 2.4
    • VMware vRealize Operations Management for Cloud Provider Pod 3.1
    • VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for Container Monitoring 1.4.3
    • VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for VMware vRealize Orchestrator 3.1.1
    • VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for NSX for vSphere 3.6.1

Refer to the VMware Product Interoperability Matrix for all VMware Management Packs supported with vRealize Operations Manager 8.1.
The 3rd party authored Management Packs that are supported with 8.1 are listed in the VMware Compatibility Guide.

Which NSX-T Management Pack did you installed in vROps?

Please show a screenshot of configuration of the NSX-T solution adapter in vROps.

Your license for vROps is Standard and that does not support the NSX-T Adapter. As you can see in the message in screenshot. This adapter is only supported with vROps Advanced or Enterprise Editions.

Upgrade your license, once done stop and restart the NSX-T adapter.

Can you check the license key in vROps?

There you will find the correct information about the license.
