I have an environment of horizon 7.12. When I log in using Firefox or Google browser, I will be prompted that I failed to log in. I am sure that my password is correct

Yes, just in Firefox or Chrome. IE can log in successfully. I used an earlier version of Firefox on another computer to log in successfully.
