Horizon 7.12 firefox or chorme login failed

I have an environment of horizon 7.12. When I log in using Firefox or Google browser, I will be prompted that I failed to log in. I am sure that my password is correct

Does this issue happen only on firefox and chrome? Are you able to login using IE?

What if you clear the cache and cookies and try again?

Yes, just in Firefox or  Chrome. IE can log in successfully. I used an earlier version of Firefox on another computer to log in successfully.
