Problem to create snapshot with state of memory

Hi, everyone.

I have a problem to take snapshot of vms with memory status.

An error occurred while taking a snapshot: Unable to save snapshot file.

An error occurred while saving snapshot file "/vmfs/volumes/5e5e740f-eb097612-5de2-f4e9d47862e2/aguia (c3fe69f9-ec0d-47bd-a849-5d340ca2dc62)/aguia (c3fe69f9-ec0d-47bd-a849-5d340ca2dc62)-Snapshot25.vmsn".

An error occurred while saving: 110 (Connection timed out).

do you have enough free space in the datastore ?

sometimes it helps to cleanup the volume shadow copies in the vm (if it is a windows machine)

What amount of "non-reserved" memory does the VM have (total memory size - reservation) compared to the datastore free space?
