I have installed app volume manager and connect with remote database, but after accessing the app manager error "startup failure" unable to start app volumes manager

after all of this installation and remote connectivity , i am facing error when i am opening the app volume manager, there is error like startup failure,
ODBC::ERROR:08004 (916) Microsoft, the server principle ******* is not able to access the database ***** under the current security context: USE*****
