vSphere virtual Switch is not visible in vSphere Client 6.7

I've created a vsphere 6.7 home lab

I'm trying to view the Standard Switch Configuration

In the vsphere client i clicked on Hosts & Clusters, selected the host, clicked the Configure tab but vsphere virtual switch is not visible

The screenshot you've provided has nothing whatsoever to do with host networking.

It looks like that you have select at vCenter level rather than Host level.   Select another level... VM or so and than select a Host again or try the reload icon within the Client (not browser reload).

If you want to see the vSwitches, select a host from the inventory rather than the vCenter Server itself.
