What version of ThinApp are you using?
The latest version is version 5.2.6.
If it's not the latest version, try the latest version.
Also, there is a ExternalDLLs=gdex.dll in the Package.ini setting, but the
What happens if I don't do that setting?
Thanks for replying - it is strange as i have a test 2016 machine and then it goes into an Azure test 2016 server. I managed to get it to work on my test but it would fail in Azure. I actually managed to find the relink command and that worked for the old package.
OK so i have the same issue with another application. The required dll is in the location that the error is complaining off and i have the ExternalDLLs command in my build options but I still get the error that it is unable to load the DLL. Is there a specific place in the Package.ini that i need to put the command?
I have tried running this with and without the ExternallDLLs command but I get the same error message.
EDIT - Just to confirm when i rebuild the application and want to test on my test machine, i only copy the bin folder. Do i need to copy the entire project if you require 'ExternalDLLs'?
Anyone got any tips?
I have run the sandbox 'cmd' and the dll file is in the location that it is complaining that it can't find it. So not sure what i am doing wrong!
