Why am I unable to reschedule a class with VMware? I am enrolled in an NSX-t class and the only option is to cancel it. Why can't I reschedule it?

If you do email, the info that I would need to help make process this faster would be the following:
The class name and code (usually a 6-7 digit number) OR the dates the class would run and method of training (in person, Online, OnDemand)
Your email address you use for registering for the class.
