I have a WorkStation Pro 12 freeze.

I'm using a virtual machine with Operative system windows 7. When I run a application called "FileTree" that is used to read SIM Cards the WorkSataion frezze.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the workSattion software 3 times and reinstalled all operative system in my Laptop but My Vmware freeze again and again.

I don't know what i have to do

Can you tell us more about the scenario?

What is the host OS?  What version of Workstation?  Is the device you are trying to read using a USB connection, and if so, what generation?
