When adding a vCenter Server to SkyLine collector, I'm getting the following error:

Is this a known issue?

Hi,
please verify if the vCenter that you are trying to add and your Skyline collector are able to communicate. If vCenter has an external PSC or if you are using a custom domain, please update those details as well as shown in the below screenshot.
Hi Narasimha
There is no external PSC in this environment & Skyline Collector can communicate with the VC (They are both on the same network)
Aslo, we are not using a custom domain.
According to the log in pervious mesasage, it looks like the issue might be related to the password used to authenticate the skyline collector with the vCenter Server?
Hi,
Please share your contact details and let me know your availability to work on this issue, we may need a session to fix this issue.
Is there a way to log an official SR to continue troubleshooting? We prefer to work with support via SR rather than through the form.
Thanks
Hello Na32123,
You could raise an SR from MyVMware Portal
Login to MyVMware
Under Support you would have the option to raise SR
Select Install and Configure
Under vSphere you would have the option to select Skyline as a Product.
