No Connection - Retry - Workspace one Boxer

Hello ,

we do have workspace one 1907 deployed in an on premise deployment mode, we do have Seg 2.4 and tunnel servers in cascade mode,

the email access is done over the tunnel, i have an issue with boxer deployed to android devices , i am able to retrieve the emails initially but after that i am getting the error message mentioned in the subject most of the time, i have no issues with IOS Devices,

what could be the reason

There is a known issue with Boxer that alot of times there are connection to the server or emails get stuck in Outbox.

We use 0365 but its something with the Boxer app.

They promised a fix long ago and we neve got one!

Hi,

we have the same problem on multiple installations using Boxer on Android Enterprise. Do you have a workaroung for this issues other than reinstalling the boxer app via the Airwatch Console?

I noticed that this may be related to the renew interval of the client certificate that is being used for authentication. Do you also use Client Based Authentication?
