Getting Support on Workspace ONE Trial

I have signed up to a Worskpace ONE trial, and I need to contact support to get some help.  I've been unable to do so via their Twitter page, and phone, any ideas on how I can get in contact with somebody?  The online system won't allow us to create a ticket.

The issue is we are not receiving emails or SMS when registering new devices (we've checked our SPAM server, and there's no attempt to send us an email from Workspace one).

We can check some settings when no message comes from Workspace ONE UEM.

  • Groups & Settings > All Settins > Device & Users > General > Notifications
  • Groups & Settings > All Settins > System > Enterprise Integration > Cloud Connector > SMTP(Email Relay) should be disabled.
