Working with Support, we find that the installation must be from the windows 10 app catalog. I was triyng to download directly via Windows Store and that was the error.
I have the exact same issue. When I download the app via the VMWare App Catalog (containing the link to the Appstore) on Windows 10 devices, I can't authenticate. We are using Directory users, I thought it had something to do with that. I tried App Token, but also without success.
The Content Locker from the End User portal (AirWatchURL/mydevice) works, but it's no longer supported: https://support.workspaceone.com/articles/115005125127.
I'm just thinking what I should do in order to get Content on Windows 10 Desktops.
