i have a public app in airwatch console and i want to push the new app update how can i achieve this task

The easiest way is to un-install from a device within the console and re-push it back.
I highly suggest volume purchase program even for free apps which will save you the hassle like this.

Yes, there are no such thing as ' free'  apps. even though the price is 0.00$ you are buying it for 0.00$. Meaning you have a contract to the App from Apple, even for ' free'  apps. VPP helps you to avoid the need for an Apple ID to license the APP. VPP allows you to bind to the App at a device level instead of at the usual ID level.
