New reset password in 9.7

Anyone else that don't like the new reset password function for administrators?
I've had a few admins that have forgot their security questions and now I can't reset their passwords. So the only option I had was to recreate their accounts! 😞

I just saw this in CN135 which has only basic accounts.

For our admin accounts we use local accounts. This was recommended when we set everything up but I can't remember the reason! 😉

We can't have AD integration. We only have anonymous accounts.
I only see one option if they forgot the questions : delete the account and redo ?! I don't think that a good option ...

Airwatch come back with a solution yet? We have third-parties (with BASIC admin accounts) who help manage our AirWatch users.. there are no Directory (security reasons) accounts for them.

I haven't heard anything, but I haven't create any support case for it.
Our solution was to email all our admins to click on Manage account settings in the console to add new security questions.
