Wondering if anybody can help me out with this - we're using Horizon 7.10, and using Windows 10 1709 currently. I'm in the process of doing our first servicing of Windows 10 to 1809 and then to 1909 in the fall. I can install 1809 to my 1709 template, I'm just running the setup.exe from an ISO right now but I cannot get new pools created, the systems stay 'customizing' and it looks like they never join the domain. So I'm assuming the customizations pieces are failing.
Has anybody successfully serviced a Windows 10 template to a newer release and could share your experiences? When we upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 we rebuilt all our pools so that we could clean up some junk, a rebuild option wouldn't fly this time with management.
I've looked for some customization logging from the View Agent but can't seem to locate where they are.
