ESXi 6.5U3 update Error

Hi All,

Looking for your inputs to fix the issues in HP BL460 Gen9, while upgrading the host from 6.5U1 to 6.5U3 we are getting the below error.

There was a problem with the network device specified on the command line Error: No NIC found with MAC address.

previously we fixed the same error for The HPE QLogic, while upgrading the same hosts 6.5U1.  For 6.5U3 its not working.

Please provide me your inputs.

Hi,

are you using an HP custom image? because it is recommended above all to solve problems on drivers

Your server platform is supported by both of mentioned versions (6.5 u1 & u3) in the VMware HCL.

I think as the alessandro said, you may not use the ESXi HPE-Customized and then you encountered with problems of unsupported NIC/HBA
