Vmware fusion 11.5 - upgrade from mojave to Catalina fail

So I have a Mojave Virtual machine and when trying to upgrade to Catalina it reboot and shows the apple logo, but nothing happens from there

I am running latest version that support Catalina and I also have Virtual machine running Catalina - but need the installation process also to work
