ESXi Fatal Error:6 (buffer too small)

I recently shutdown my ESXi Server, and after 5mins(without any changes), I turned on my Server and I faced this Error

"decompressed md5:00000000000000 fatal error:6 (buffer too small)"

Some useful information:

Server: SuperMicro X8DTL

ESXi Version: 6.5

and ESXi in on USB Flash Drive.

Please Help me If you can!
