ThinkStation P310 Workstation

I am trying to install vSphere Hypervisor V6.7.0 U2 on ThinkStation P310 Workstation but it says No Network Adapters were detected.

This isn't a supported platform on which to install ESXi which means no supported network drivers. You can try and see if there's a community-built (unsupported) version out there, or for (unsupported) USB adapters go here.
