VMware Workspace ONE UEM does have an integration with Dell Client Command Suite to allow for updating BIOS/drivers on Dell devices. For non-Dell devices, you have a few options such as using Software Distribution capabilities in Workspace ONE to deliver the drivers or software updates, and leverage Sensors to grab any attribute from the device e.g. driver versions.
