Logfile lines interpretation "Setting up Executor - Reset Requested"

After an unexpected reboot of "VMware vSphere Hypervisor 6.7" I see the following lines in the syslog file:

...

2019-12-05T20:58:45Z watchdog-vobd: [2097468] Begin '/usr/lib/vmware/vob/bin/vobd', min-uptime = 60, max-quick-failures = 5, max-total-failures = 1000000, bg_pid_file = '', reboot-flag = '0'

2019-12-05T20:58:45Z watchdog-vobd: Executing '/usr/lib/vmware/vob/bin/vobd'

2019-12-05T20:58:45Z jumpstart[2097451]: Launching Executor

2019-12-05T20:58:45Z jumpstart[2097451]: Setting up Executor - Reset Requested

2019-12-05T20:58:45Z jumpstart[2097478]: Executor Reset - polling for commands

2019-12-05T20:58:45Z jumpstart[2097451]: BmcInfoImpl: Retrieve Version information failed

...

Was it rebooted or reset by some kind of  watchdog or this is a normal behavior of the system?
