New vSAN cluster not showing capacity

I re-build my vSAN cluster yesterday with 6.7u3 from U1.  Now after I configure it with all the disks in disk groups the cluster is showing 0 capacity.  I am sure I am missing something silly but can't figure it out.

Hosts in Maintenance Mode don't provide any storage - take them all out of MM.
