Hi
is it possible to configure 2 or more uplinks from one vSphere Standard-Switch to one physical Switch without Trunk / or LACP config ?
Which Load Balancing Option is the Right Option for this " route based on originating virtual port" ?
yes it is possible. and LB option is right.
but you get no performance boost on the vm - every vm uses only one uplink
but if i have 4 uplinks and 4 vms every vm uses a different uplink ?

Why are you concerned about this?
no - you cant choose which vm is using which uplink. it is calculated by the port id the vm gets when connected to that switch. then the vm uses this uplink as long as runnuing on this host or connected to this switch
With the default failover policy the uplinks are assigned to the VMs in a round-robin manner at the time the VMs are powered on.
If you want to manually assing an uplink to a VM, but with the option to failover in case of an uplink issue, you could create multiple VM port groups on the vSwitch with different failover orders, e.g. set one of the 4 vmnics to active, and the other 3 to standby. In such a case you may also want to configure automatic failback.
