Cluster consolidation

I'm running vrops 7.0 and I would like to run a what-if analysis to consolidate my clusters. I do not want to consolidate between clusters but within individual clusters. I can't seem to find a way to accomplish this in 7.0. Any suggestions?

You have to upgrade to 7.5.

It provides options to remove VMs and remove hosts to support scenarios such as VM or hardware decommissioning, hardware refresh, and hardware upgrade.
