DEM 9.9 Not importing registry settings to 1809 w/ FSLogix

I have a registry file that enables modern auth and some other Office 365 related registry settings.

This reg file imports perfectly in a 1803 and 1809 images when using AppVolumes. We want to test FSlogix to see if it will provide a better experience using the O365 Containers for OneDrive/Teams in place of Writable Volumes.

In our 1809 image with FSlogix the registry settings are not being applied even though in the log file it says the registry file is imported successfully. Anyone see something like this before?

Hi mchadwick19,

Given that you're importing "Office 365 related registry settings", could it maybe be the case that FSLogix is preventing changes to those settings, so as not to affect its Office 365-related logic?

If you "manually" import the .REG file rather than having DEM perform its import, do you see the expected settings in RegEdit?
